So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
Well, of course, the computerized drawings are not truly random. The algorithm is a pseudorandom number generator(PRNG). But, you can ,probably, forget about anyone figuring it out. This is only wishful thinking.
Anyway, what exactly makes you believe that they tinkered with the algorithm and ,also, for the purpose of frustrating players? Even if they did, there are other possible reasons for doing so. For example, to either fix an issue or ,simply, make it better. Just fyi, there have been

Why Americans Will Quit ( Gambling ) Playing The Lottery?
Stack, are you sure about the use of a EBT card? Was the clerk, Black or White? Before anyone jumps up and screams , Racist , think about this. Once, I stopped at a quik stop to turn my tickets in, but I had to use the ATM. The ATM wasn't working and the clerk, (one of the Patel brothers) told me I could use a credit card, which is a no-no in Florida. All the receipt had on it was gas and the amount. My point is, the clerk could have known the buyer. I can not believe any state would allow the p

Who's the lottery champ here ?
Jimmy, I've heard of these frauds. There's a donut shop across town (in business over 40 years!) that was recently closed down for lottery fraud: the current owner had figured out which lottery tickets had that code number on the back that signaled a win; so, he separated all those away and sold them to himself, friends and family members - guaranteed wins of one kind or another - and sold what he knew were non-selling tickets to the average customer. The clue was, of course, tickets were pre-ri

Do pick3 tickets pay enough that winners need the services of a ten percenter?
Not unless the ticket contained multiple plays of the winning number, which was addressed above.
It doesn't matter. You all seem to have forgotten the recent article referenced here that exposed the troubling fraud and theft by lottery clerks. Based on what I read there, I would suspect this store owner, himself, might have been in need of a ten percenter because the lottery commissions are tracking the winn

More people playing, winning in SC Lottery
who knows where that education money is going? those people who run colleges and university's are vastly overpaid. what do they do? show up 180 days a year and hide in their offices most of the time. trying their best not to be noticed. reminds me of that fraudulent senator from ma elizabeth warren who actually wants to be president. she taught one class a week and made 300,000.00 a year and yet pretends to lobby for lower tuition rates for students. what a fraud, what a phoney. of course all po

Why would anyone want to give away their activation key for free? How many dollars are involved in this appreciation?
I dont think giving out a key code is fraud, since the corporation or interested parties are now defunct.
Considering that Lotsoft no longer has an official administrator how does the autoupdating of databases occur presently?
I dont see the value of using a program that cant update draws, or updating takes many hours.

I think this is similar to the case mentioned the other day of retailers keeping cashed tickets. Some states' require that the lottery retailer deface a ticket upon redemption, again, as an anti-fraud measure. In my experience though, most of the time the clerk doesn't do this....they'll just staple a validation receipt to the ticket and throw it in a drawer. For these reasons I try to record/photograph my winning tickets prior to cashing them in.
Although a previously-validated ticket may no

Rng Proof
You have two questions really.
Should the state prove numbers are random? They do this continually by running statistics, looking for patterns, etc. That is their business to protect.
Should they prove that the numbers won are random? They do this through their fraud divisions. One person, or store, or town continually winning straight numbers would get visited and interviewed for sure.
