$300 on 1125?
Depends how much you make a year: $70K-100K then do it...
less than that i dont know...I am not telling you not to play, yes play but how much is what i dont know what to tell you...
Something you could do if you feel very strong about it and you know is rare for you to make such a bet, you could gather friend/family members ask: $30 from each it will be:
$200 divided by $30 = 6
6 x $30 = $180
And you put the: $120
But you make a pact/agreement...That if you win: they get: $100

Tenn. lottery scholarships outstrip revenue; day of reckoning looms
A day of reckoning is coming for students and parents over Tennessee's lottery scholarships that could result in tightened eligibility, reduced scholarship awards or both.
After more than five years of steadily expanded eligibility and grant amounts, the annual cost of the program is outstripping the net revenue produced by the lottery.
If no action is taken, that funding gap is now expected to overtake the lottery reserves some $385 million built up in the lottery's booming early years an

Maryland Lottery director hired by D.C. Lottery
I think it is a matter of definition, when you say national according to the following it means run by the govt. Our national lotteries are actually multi state lotteries run by privately owned companies supervised by the states. It may be the merger of the two multistate lotteries. They are kinda like the govt. run healthcare lotteries. I've actually heard people say that the lotteries are a tax on the low income people of the US and all other takers.
In March, Gov. Corzine's proposed budge

Recent checks of Iowa Lottery retailers find no fraud
Security checks at lottery ticket sale locations at about 200 locations statewide in recent months have revealed no improper payments of prizes to or by store personnel, Iowa's lottery chief told a panel of state legislators last week.
Terry Rich, chief executive officer of the Iowa Lottery, played up the safety and profitability of the lottery before members of the Legislature's Oversight Committee in the wake of an expansive report by Iowa's Ombudsman of State. The April report found the lo

Q&A with the CT Lottery CEO
The Hartford Business Journal recently conducted an interview of the Connecticut Lottery CEO.
Q: The lottery has a rich history in our country, dating back to the Revolutionary War when it was used to finance armaments. A legislator floated the idea of a super lottery for deficit reduction. Is there a lottery game out there that could generate $1 billion for the state in profit?
Currently, our revenues to the state exceed a quarter-billion dollars annually. It is unlikely that there exists

Hello RAJO
Thanks for your reply but this is not what I am after! I am looking for YES it is possible or NO it is not possible and if yes, then what are the odds for these possibilites not to happen ever and also how to figure out the accurate possibilities as I explained for each variation in mathematical terms?
We re talking about lots of lotteries worldwide and 1000s and 1000s of draws and this situation of mixed dividends had never and ever happened! What if it was happening in re

Store owners, clerks accused of stealing winning tickets
Lottery officials raided several mini marts Tuesday in Fresno, California.

Virginia winners may have to pay for Lottery's mistake
Sometimes lotto luck lies underneath the surface of a scratch-off ticket. Sometimes it lies in the bounce of a ball. And sometimes it lies with the Virginia attorney general's office.
Hundreds of players thought they had struck gold when lottery terminals errantly spit out tickets that appeared to have won them as much as $7,777. Turns out it was a computer programming error, not lady luck.
Now the state's top lawyers will consult with the Virginia Lottery to decide whether the players get
