I fully understand however just trying to be realistic here: if this a computerized drawing, so what they are saying is that the 3 digit disappeared for 27 drawings? I do have a college degree and this is what they call random drawings?

I really try not to follow PA, because PA drawings are computerized. I like playing states that have true drawings. Although, the system works there it is not as consistent as the others but let me check.
