The growth of the MM jackpot has certainly been muted. I'm not surprised in the least as there has been zero hype around the jackpot since it surpassed the $700mm threshold. Usually when a jackpot goes above the $500mm threshold, you see news articles and chatter about it. This time around, nada... I'm actually wondering what MM will be like once it resets back to $50mm. I would play one that was a decent mix of a scratch off and mega millions in terms of odds. Decent chance at a $10, $50, $100 prizes and then maybe a $1 million prize and the jackpot. I dont mind the $5 price tag but having almost zero chance of winning your money back is really disheartening at that price tag. If it was like 1 in 9 or better I would consider it a lot more.
