A pick-3 MASS (Not the state) combo test-"Todd Approved" of course
I'm proposing a mass test where as many members as possible can simultaneously enter the same pick-3 combo (Ex: 914) into a special thread devised to accomodate such an event well before a draw. This has to happen at a specific time, down to the second, give or take one. This will ensure no cheating based on favorite numbers drawing followers who jump on the bandwagon. But this may overload the servers, so I'm asking Todd if this is even possible. If I'm luckiy and this is plausible, then

Question? How does one deposit $550 million in the Bank?
back in the day, when law mattered. the bond holders had higher call on a banks assets than share holders or savers. until GM now it seems going bonds with a bank is about as dangerous as a savings account. Id suggest diversity. not only assets class, or via hedging, but also countries, currencies, property, commodities. maybe even too useful too fail business. you would need some good managers. and to keep your eye on those cheating #^$@%^'s at all times. i think the age of stick it in th

Michigan Weekly- 11/4 - 11/10
Anybody that know how spread sheets work, know that you can perform a query and find any number pattern you want (numbers that's played the most, least, and yes sets of numbers that hasn't been played at all). Lottery #s are suppose to be random. Let me first say that I agree with you all, something just isn't right. I've heard the stories of other states that was caught cheating, I hope that MSL hasn't jumped on this band wagon. I have also heard that scatch off are dropped in certain areas of

Lottery: A non-zero probability of deception?
Shut off times are to prevent any possible collusion. In any form of gambling the houses' first rule is to protect the game. Much attemtpoed cheating is by means of past posting, that is trying to get the bet down after the decision has been made or the results are in. This is very common in roulette, players work in teams, try and create a diverson to distract the dealer and floor person, then one of the team puts chips on the number that juist hit. It sould be a real trick to try and do som

SoundOff New Jersey Lottery is cheating in the Pick 3 and Pick 4 Games
I exaggerated a little using burning down lottery headquarters. The timing is different when they speed things up, but the timing is never exactly the same when they open the tubes one at a time. The stretch is believing either process prevents any three digit number from being drawn or causes a three digit number to be drawn. She wasn't conspiring but suggesting there was a conspiracy. When you consider the huge profits each state lottery is making, the last thing they want is players suggestin

Lottery tickets are bearer documents
With all the stories about clerks cheating players, one of them probably did try to cash a ticket signed by someone else. We're applying bearer instrument to large jackpots that may require more scrutiny, but lots of tickets under $5000 are cashed every day. Some winners purchased the ticket, won and signed the back and in some cases a judge decided who is the lawful winner. There are court cases involving discarded tickets too. The bearer of the ticket is not always the lawful owner and some
