Thanks Raven62, Found a Permutation Generator online, you are right about those duplicate, 40320 combinations will be an event and a hlf to remove the duplicates.. Guess I will continue searching.

I totally agree with you, no software will predict the lottery as it's a random event, if someone made a program to predict the lottery would they sell it, I think not. Software can however provide pointers, show trends and give global statistics that help the user choose the best numbers to pick.
