Convicted computerized drawing fraudster argues Iowa court appeal
It's an extremely safe bet that Tipton would have known that some minimum number of pre-drawing tests would be conducted, so there's no logical reason he would have bought tickets for those tests. That doesn't necessarily mean he wouldn't have needed to also play some other combinations, but if he had it would simply be more circumstantial, but very compelling, evidence. Of course that assumes the prosecution was smart enough to check. AFAIK, there hasn't been any news report indicating other ti

Kentucky Lottery chief announces his retirement
Time for him to start playing the lottery, after he retires. If and when he wins, people will start screaming that it is rigged.

New York Dream Team 06/01/16 - 06/30/16
It's not rigged, it's just chance and probability. Of course theres math involved with that , but in no way is it plain to see, there are many ways statistically or mathematically to win or lose. Unfortunately this can get slightly confusing as I know. But to me the name of the game is to get it straight. That's the fun part statistically speaking lol

Not sure about the ball machines but I dont put anything passed NYL. Have you noticed in other states you can catch a pattern and play it for a few days and win big? But for some reason NYL doesnt stick to patterns for too long? I wouldnt be surprised if it was rigged somehow. Wow I sound so paranoid right now lol

The jackpot money from the rigged Hot Lotto drawing was returned to the 16 participating states and the PB jackpot will be returned to the PB states if the California winner remains AWOL.

Why don't we have a federal national lottery in the US?
The feds screw up everything. No one would win, as it would be rigged more than it is already. It would make more sense to cut funding to other countries, and the UN and all that greenie agenda foolishness, that would save quite a bit.

Lottery rigging scandal prompts security audit in South Dakota
Every time I read stories like this, involving the vulnerabilities inherent in RNG and the like, I start to shake my head. Some of the smart guys have already rigged the system, made their money, unrigged the system, moved on and are living the good life happily ever after. Only the overly selfish ones like TIPTON, that get caught. The lotteries are still non the wiser. BAN RNG FOR GOOD.

It is fine to disagree, but hopefully the point is clear that the monthly threads are not to be used to rant about the lottery being rigged, whether you believe that or not. For you, this is the second time around with this topic, and I'd rather not have a third go at it.
