Your claim is: 1) if the lottery did a simple random number drawing, they would not make money, and 2) because they are using a pattern, this is what does make them money. I therefore don't think it's worth it to compare a three game draw and a two game draw, I don't feel that's it's really comparing apples to apples. IMHO the sensible comparison is by the week. When PB added the 3rd draw the sales for Wednesday and Saturday drawings went down a little bit, but by adding Monday sales they got a modest increase in weekly sales. I don't think his case has any merit whatsoever. Reason 1, He is claiming illegal activity by purchasing all the number combinations, but as of that drawing was legal. Reason 2, He is stating his win would have been greater than his current winnings if there was not a winner for the 95 Million draw. Although I dont know the odds of it happening, I can tell you that it happens more than most players think/realize that it does. Remember too, that the actual draw order is different than that of what you see printed in a newspaper. There have been at least 1,000 times that a set of 4 numbers were drawn that also appeared in a previous drawing.
