Connecticut Lottery launches new system, players unable to check tickets
Players and retailers vent frustrations
By Kate Northrop
On Sunday, the Connecticut Lottery launched a new statewide retail system that was years in the making, but the change has left some players and retailers frustrated.
All 2,900 Connecticut Lottery retailers have officially been updated with a new statewide lottery system, but not everyone is finding the transition seamless.
On May 21, 2023, the Lottery did away with its older Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) system, wh

Chart D) Gail Howard Smart Luck Advantage Gold software
Since the original post was made regarding Chart D, I've been fiddling around with it regarding the MI 6/47 game. I suppose any member here who has the software can explore the same back testing of their own individual game of choice as I did.
Here is what I looked at: (Only pertaining to the MI 6/47 game)
1) I have three things open. Chart 2 of AG (Advantage Gold), Chart D (Advantage Gold), and the Wheel 6 Gold software from Smart Luck, open. I have several monitors which allows me to v

The Predictor's League (develop, test & demonstrate your abilities then let us verify your results)
I guess I'll talk about stuff until I find a forecast to post in here.
I may create my forecasts to win within 25 drawings but I start out practicing to win within 100 drawings then I adjust it down to 25.
There will be what I can only describe as anomalies that will seemingly come out of no where
and smack your lil strategy right in the face like... Pow, Right in the kisser.
Then adjustments must be made.
I only say test your strategy out at least 100 times so you can

Lottery Rigged 1/10,000 shot of hitting 1224
Stat$Stalker is right!!
I have been playing NC and studying numerology for the past 15+ years. NC is truly RIGGED and even more so now days.
I have known MANY skilled lottery players over the years. They were so good that they could indeed pay their monthly bills with only lottery winnings. Unfair you might say? No, it was skill and studying number patterns in P3 and P4. Would they win every draw, no, but not unlike them, I could win one of the 2 daily drawings on a regular basis. I wa

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Had this for the past draw. Options under #1 where starting options. Need a foot to my tail for changing my mind and going the way I chose. Had that 1 chosen, then changed my mind before playing like a dummyhead. Is what it is though. Other positions was narrowed down to those. #3 wasn't even a starting option this time, so there was no chance for a 5 of 5 this time. Worked out fine since there was 2 winners anyway. Would have been nice to not changed my filters and went with the 6 to start with

Questions surround D.C. lottery and gambling contract, but high-level D.C. staffer says it's fine
Several D.C. Council members are asking whether the $215 million lottery and sports gambling contract the council approved this summer fulfills local business subcontracting requirements. This week, they got an answer from a high-level District staffer: Everything's fine.
Yes, the contract is compliant with D.C. law requiring companies with large public contracts to subcontract some of the work to local businesses, Kristi Whitfield, director of the department responsible for monitoring compl

Tinkermen Lotto Report - General Explanation of Mathematical Discovery needed
My inner voice said I should mark this post as read and move on.
But, I see an opportunity to make some points.
It never ceases to amaze me how many data bases mathematicians can see in any game history file of any length.
Here is another example of wasted time and energy.
As has been pointed out, the system fails to answer the most important question in lottery play - What's Next?
It also fails to reveal the mathematical solution that has been hiding for 200 plus years.

New Hampshire sues DOJ over new Wire Act ruling
New Hampshire on Friday became the first state to legally challenge last month's U.S. Department of Justice decision to revise the Federal Wire Act, filing a federal lawsuit that would halt enforcement of the opinion that could keep the state from selling lottery tickets online.
The state is asking a U.S. District Court judge to vacate the 23-page opinion from the Department's Office of Legal Counsel, confirm that the Wire Act does not apply to state lotteries, and permanently keep the Justic
