Everyone has the same chance of winning if they buy a ticket. I'm pretty sure people that buys a system plays more often and buys more tickets. Buy more tickets/play more often = higher chance of winning. some people can spend $250 a week and never win, while others will hit the jackpot with their first ticket (some lady just won 48m on her first ticket playing lottomax).
