Annuity Option
Something I have thought about recently is how you don't see many jackpots being paid out in annuities. Now granted lotteries still offer them, but almost every lottery winner (Thanks to MA, it isn't 100%) has taken the cash option. I can understand both sides here (Instant gratification vs. Financial security, Waiting for the next payment vs. Going broke quickly), but I think that the annuitized jackpot may become a thing of the past soon. As much as I would like the idea of getting an annual i

Lottery is fun to play when...
Playing the lottery should primarily be about fun! Obviously the Big Prize or even a little one is an enticement but the whole point is to DREAM! I get my dollars worth during the couple of days leading up to the Jackpot just DREAMING about what I would do and where I would go with all that money. That's the rea

Post Your Winning Tickets Here
That was a few years back so I do not remember exactly but they were all purchased in different stores, I am sure I spent a few $$$ to find them!
As I have stated, I like to look for the lettered code on tickets once I find a winning ticket. The codes in Massachusetts are simple for prizes $500 or less.
$500- FHN
$400- FRN
$200- THN
$20- TWY
There are about 10-12 losing codes that are used on all non-winning tickets. However, those same losing codes are also used on winnin

Quick Pick Machines - PRNG or TRNG?
Thanks Jimmy! I'm actually writing a paper that deals with PRNGs and the quick pick machines and just wanted to make sure. Although TRNGs dont really need radioactive material, one was made with a lavalamp, and the newer cheaper ones are made with radio static noise as the random event.
I'll post my paper in the mathematics section soon!

That's what transpired: Zarismommy's Angel tried to intervene on her behalf and a brought the 481 and the 930...now I am not so upset Zarismommy...as long as it was for you. I just wish your Angel would have at least allowed my 489 to slide through and given you your 930. In any event...I wish that you would have seen them Zarismommy...soon...you,ll get a big one...I just know. Thanks dr and cj and Dee for having faith in the grid. Once in awhile you just have to let it simmer. PA QUICK HITTER A

Harry Reid pushing to legalize online poker for American casinos, horse tracks
Dont forget we had a surplus before Bush got into office, Who then lied to America about WMD's, then proceeded to plunge us into two everlasting wars, now trying to sell us his book of lies and deceit. The american people did not vote to give rich people 700 billion in tax-cuts while further increasing our debt. Its a fact that the growing disparity of the wealthy and poor are destroying the middle class. BTW, Clinton was the one who signed in all that crap (deregulation) for banks which led to
