As lottery games go, for ticket price and a chance to win a nice prize IMO pick 4 is probably the best game. MM and PB raised the possible outcomes to over 292 million and doubled their ticket price because it was obvious players wanted bigger jackpots. Now with very few jackpot winners, the players are waiting for bigger jackpots. After all the hype, one ticket wins a billion and the rest of us are lucky if we collect 4 bucks.
