Total BS....Period. When the Lottery does it, it's legal. But they say the computer drawings are not rigged but they proved it was and used it too their advantaged period. Now they want to punish them for doing to them what they have been doing to it's players.....cheating them!

I understand, but your great at messing! I agree with you that the drawings are rigged, I just keep playing a few in the hopes of catching NCEL slipping. AND I know I voluntarily play the lottery, but it's MY money and I will whine and complain all I want!!

The Powerball game is not rigged. Anyone could have won. This is the first time that I have heard of a judge winning big in a lottery game. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer I was hoping too that the Powerball game would reach the billion dollar mark but unfortunately it didn't.

This seems like a inside Fraud to me!!! No wonder why Cynthia O Connell got canned I'm not playing anymore they cheating and the Michael Tipton case blew the cover off the whole MUSL fraud operation fake winners!! #rigged

I feel the games are rigged too. You can see how they manipulate the patterns, but its to the point that you cant follow their lead, but one day they will slip and we will walk right through the gate and GET EM!!!!!

Those that have or do play both the listed games with both methods, would you say you noticed a difference in winnings in one or the other or the same? Going through the Q/A that was done a few days ago, the guy had mentioned the ball machine can be rigged too or (maybe have been before?). Anyway it led me to this question.

Good Evening, Mr Rich. I have two questions. [1] Does Iowa have any plans to give compensation to it lottery players in the exact amount of loss winning as the rigged games in question? [2] Why did the Lottery choose to ignore the warnings on more then one occasion this could happen, to the point you now need to earn regain your lottery players trust again?
