What began as a complaint from a lottery customer about the loss of $15 led to an undercover operation and eventually the arrest of a store clerk for lottery fraud. A man told the Minnesota State Lottery he'd bought a scratch ticket at the Casablanca Market in Hopkins. He scratched it and found he'd won $15. Well it is another 00...guess we'll have some saying they're cheating again...it's just the way the balls are coming out of the machine there's nothing we can do about it. I only played 4 number for 25cents each so I feel good about that even though I didn't win! I guess we're going to have to start thinking outside the box from now on to get a win! NCEL has been beatin on me like a drum lately... i gots to wins me some dough and soon or else give up gam'lin. I wish those sucka's would put the pre-draws on their website but they wont because they have grown too accumstomed to cheating by skewing the odds in their favor regarding missing data .. 81x has gone waaaaaaaaaaaay to long . Seems to me each time they are in danger of a high payout too soon...we get this from them. yes this is gambling but when you can clearly see the house cheating ??? this type of crap is why i fall back from posting at times and everytime i get comfortable they do this mess. i know for a fact that the REAL number pulled was a triple or a top 20 number with a very high payout. they scrambled for a few minutes to find a suitable replacement at the last minute which is why we see what we see now. it
