Lottery ticket frenzy as Euro Millions reaches record high
He'd like to discuss sending him money to be in his lottery pool but he has to do it indirectly like he's not advertising. Check his posts. The majority are about how great lottery groups are - when he's not bashing Christians. Anybody who sent him money would have to have a bolt loose somewhere. The guy's a fraud and a hustler.

Florida woman mistaken for lottery winner
And the only way around that problem is to have an out of state trust claim the winnings! FL then has no right to any information from the other states' secretary who receives and files said trust in that state! Problem Solved!!!!!!!! No state has any rights to information from another states' secretary for trust filings, unless that state that's asking for said information can show some sort of fraud is being commited and then they are going to need a court order to get said information! Three largest online poker sites shut down by FBI
Executives indicted, arrested The founders of the three largest online poker sites were indicted by the FBI on Friday in what could serve as a death blow to the thriving industry. Eleven executives at PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker were charged with bank fraud and money laundering in an indictment unsealed in a Manhattan court. Two of the executives were arrested on Friday morning in Utah and Nevada. Federal agents are searching for the others. Prosecutors are seeking to

Iowa Lottery upgrading retailer systems
Iowa Lottery officials are ready to roll out a new computer system in April at 2,400 retail sites in hopes that it will boost sales of popular games such as Powerball and Mega Millions and reduce crime. The first new system in a decade will offer Iowa Lottery customers the promise of speedier service and a reduced chance of being cheated out of a jackpot by unscrupulous retail clerks, state officials said. For die-hard lottery players, and thousands of Iowans fall into this category, the b

Why doesn't the lottery allow you to keep big winners ?
Many stores seem to like hanging up past big winners.( $600) So I assume there is some kind of procedure or policy of the lotto commission mailing back the big scratcher winners to the selling store for display and marketing purposes? You could ask a store how they get back all those winners for display. But doesn't seem like the lotto commission retaining the big winners is a big issue. I don't believe there is any special markings on winners, although I have not had any BIG winner to really

Statistician cracks secret code behind lottery tickets
I never liked those scratch games with the exposed elements, these extended play games like crossword, bingo and tic-tac-toe. Mainly because it took too snip long to figure out if you won! And that translucent blue covering over the letters was sticky and messy, unlike the dry scratch off for regular scratch games that brushes away. Played them couple of times and then never again. Now with this report, I have one more reason to hate those types of scratch-off games, the higher potential f

Lottery scam victims finally get $12.5M jackpot
Hello everyone, long time lurker first time poster Congrats to the winners finally getting whats rightfully due them. But (mini rant here) Had the OLG listened to THIER OWN fraud investagators and denied Kathleen Chung the prize ( after she refused the lie detector test) it wouldn't have taken them 7 YEARS to find the true winners and saved $2,300,000 in intrest. ( which they probably won't get back from the Chungs) So that leaves lotto players in Ontario holding the bag. On a side note

$190M Idaho lottery winner sorts out her new life
This isn't Holly's FB page. It was created by a guy Cole Bartiromo who has a history of fraud. He has since removed his website link from her FAKE page, but he has posted a bunch of screenshots there of the pleas/requests people have sent, meant for Holly. I think this is very cruel, considering some of these people are in sincere need. From his own FB page - This is crazy interesting to see if this experiment I'm doing gets her page 5,000 friend requests within 24 hours. So far 100 frie

Do not get burned by this service station!
It doesn't matter HOW many tickets he has..I'm a manager at a gas station (not the owner) and the owners usually only had 5-8 books of tickets at a time. Yes, but I bet you have several hundred tickets altogether, not less than a dozen. I would think nothing of a store that had 8 books of tickets, especially if it was in a slow area. I have been in this store three times, over the period of a couple months. The first time, I bought the last two tickets he had, in the entire store. Meaning tha

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Hi, CarHauler - I have good and bad news. Good news is that I made up for the last couple days by winning $100 on Winner Green - 2 matches of $50. Number was #25. First $100 I have won on the game. I got three of the new 2nd edition Bingos - #4-6 - and #4 won $5. The rest I think lost. I say think because that brings me to the bad news.. Pennsylvania got rid of scratch off codes starting with 2nd edition Bingo! This leaves more room for clerk-related fraud and missing winners. I know I hav
