What a face palm on that one. Yes no kidding people win, but the excuses some use around here to dismiss the places that people constantly win in still needs to be looked in to further. Just because it is not RNG doesn't mean it can't be rigged, or lottery terminals can't be polled to see what number combinations have been sold or not sold. They could be pre-drawing until they get a number that has been drawn from a certain place, but some here don't want those unpleasant thoughts in their heads

You get an A+ for arranging the discussion Todd. I have always felt RNG lotteries were rigged even before the Tipton scandal. Yes, let's ask him when his state plans to switch to live ball drawings. Which is the only way to bring integrity back to the game. Let the people see what they are paying for. WTG!

I can't even imagine playing a game that relies on a computer drawing. A rigged game is every player's worst case scenario when they use a computer. So glad Ohio uses the old school ball drawings.

I can't recall when a multi-state $400 million plus jackpot winner claimed anonymously, but now we have all the problems when a Hot Lotto jackpot winner tried to claim anonymously. Because PB uses live ball drawings, it will very difficult claiming the drawing was rigged, but if for nothing more than credibility, MUSL is probably secretly hoping the jackpot is won by somebody in a state with no anonymity.

I'm still not sure what point you're trying to make. You can't guarantee a win without picking both the winning combination and the combination on your ticket. That means that even if you know what the winning numbers will be you have no advantage if you buy a QP. That means that nobody who won with a QP won as a result of knowing what the winning numbers were going to be. RNG is an acronym for random number generator . In terms of the raffle being compromised, I was concerned that since many states have had issues with fraudulent computer generated numbers that perhaps the millionaire raffle game may have been altered/rigged as well.

Lottery Scandal Man that works for the Lottery had something to do with a 30 States or more I knew the lottery was rigged anyway this explains it... they said he had software and used it to pick winning numbers from different States. He is out of jail on bond. He tried to cash in a winning number for 16 Million dollars they had him on camera buying the ticket.
