https://www.lotterypost.com/lottery-report-card.asp Although Texas does have 4 drawings each day... it has a A+ rating for it drawings. No computerized random draws by computers. You will notice unusual drawings in a number of states that use random computer picks. XX9 dropping 4 times in a row, a 234 # not dropping for almost 2 years. Or a computer programmer going to prison for years after winning millions due to random computer picks. ( he inserted #'s to drop on a certain date) PA is the onl

Lottery tickets will not be sold in South Carolina for more than 12 hours this weekend
The article was based on switching from Intralot to IGT. It has nothing whatsoever to do with drawings. Think of the machines that print up the tickets; they are computerized. They not only hook up to South Carolina lotteries, but also MM PB and any other nationwide drawings they may participate in. I suppose one could surmise that when you purchase Quick Picks they are basically RNG--the computer picks the numbers for you. Unlike RNG, the computer hooked up to the printer has no idea what the w

Is Tennessee The Lowest Payout In The Country??
I tell u what, being from TN, living in KY, when TN went to the computerized system the hits stopped for many of my friends and family.... Really hard to even catch a box hit??? KY is a little better, but they did something about 3 years ago, KY says we still have the ball drop stop system, but drawings are NOT televised anymore??? Come on? Really? I used to HIT all the time, bit KY did something, it's a little more challenging to hit as before, I still play KY, but find myself in Indiana now an

What Changes Do You Expect With Lottery In 2008?
i'm really hoping they do change back to ball drawings.right before they went to RNG i snagged a pick 4 straight for 2,500 dollars.it feels weird because i haven't bought a lottery ticket in almost a half of a year.i miss it a lot but i studied the drawings on here last night for tennessee and when they had balls i hit the pick 4 straight quite a few times.in the last six months i compared my numbers i usually play to the ones tennessee drew RNG style and my move appeared to be a very good one i

tennessee lottery has COMPLETELY destroyed its credibility
I don't care for RNG's myself, but I find it funny how some of you guys like to take a mistake and break it down into as many different mistakes because apparently the more things you can list the worse they are. Also, I wouldn't say the RNG was snuck in because on the FAQ page of the TN lottery website it states:
I would like details about how your drawings are conducted.
On July 28, 2007, the Tennessee Lottery began holding its drawings using the latest in automated technology, jo

Tenn. Lottery CEO breaks silence on drawing errors
She might have added -- when crowing about the money already given to the state for education -- that the $919 million was generated with TRUE LOTTERY DRAWINGS. Not the computerized nonsense they're now pushing.
If she feels true regret, let her show it by changing back to real drawings.

NC Ball Drawings Question
Anybody ever seen the same kind of ball machine in other states that NC uses for pick 3? Somebody said that Ga have the same kind of machine.
I've never seen a ball machine like the one in NC. The balls in all three containers are already going, bouncing up and down when it comes on. So, you don't see them turn on the balls like they do in ILL.
The balls comes up unassisted before you can bat an eye and press for a number between digits. It's like grease lightening fast.

Behind the scenes of the Georgia Lottery
"People have to know that when they're watching the drawings, that what they're watching is real and if they're holding that ticket and they think they might have a chance to win and that they have an equal chance of having their number, their ball selected," she says.
you hear that computerized states with no balls? your players aren't getting a fair shot unless you have drawings with ping pong balls.

a law banning all computerized drawings
I did some reading on the Kansas lottery web page and it says this under the FAQ's:The drawings for Super Kansas Cash, Pick 3 and Keno are done at a secured location in Topeka, Kansas. A computerized random number generator is used for those drawings. Now I know california states that they have 3 computers and they are rotated dailyThey don't mention anything about more then one and a secured location....then there was this on there page:The Lottery is overseen by a five-person Lottery Commission
