Pick 3 System That Gaurantees a Hit
Also, like i said b4 in one of the posts, the state doesn't care if more people win. They get their 50% cut reguardless. If it's a pari-mutuel pool, and if everyone were to win, the payout per person would be something like: for every dollar, you win $.50 (half of what you put in). If the prize pool was fixed, the state will just adjust the payouts accordingly to the percentage they go by. The state wouldn't change the game itself, but the payouts would be different.

No,I am not confusing the two.,My Lottery poll with the prediction could be voted and the predcition could be brought by the people if they want to.The poll is set up to know better of how the lottery pool runs. The pool is just to be done thru a poll way for free. And I collected worldwide lotteies and the rule how to play all of them.Just check my post.Where I come from is least important and I would not be willing to let people know who I am and where I am from.

Whats optimal strategy in lottery invest
As far as I am concerned, The optimal strategy is thru lottery pool.Get people's money together, and buy the tickets with highest expection and guarantee. And If you agree with me,How many tickets would be the optimal ones to go invest?I find there is a limitation of 10 picks on lottery prediction section.Maybe 10 picks would be a a little bit too less to make a winner thru lottery pool.I think 50 picks is the optimal. If theres 10 people who are intend to buy 50 tickets. It only cost each one 5 $ a

Lottery Pool Concept
If anyone had $14,000 to spend on one shot at winning a lottery, why would they want to join a pool? Most people join a pool because they don't want to spend a lot of money.RJOh

Online Lottery Pool
If this is going to work, we'll need a system of checks and balances to ensure that one person in the pool has no more advantage than another. If the pool buys quick-picks, everyone involved would need photocopies of all the tickets before the drawing takes place. Another viable method would be to scan the tickets and post them to our own thread here, with Todd's permission, of course and, again, they'd have to be posted before the drawing.maybe todd can set up a lotto poll here for us.

Judge awards excluded worker $1 million share of Big Game jackpot
A reverse of this case happened a few years ago in Youngstown,Ohio. A pool of workers won the jackpot shortly after a new worker joined and the older pool members thought the new member should only receive a partial share since he had not lost as much as they had during previous drawings but he went to court and the judge ruled that if winnings from previous drawings weren't used to buy the winning ticket then they had no effect on how the jackpot was distributed unless such an agreement was ma

Judge awards excluded worker $1 million share of Big Game jackpot
Simply awesome she didn't even put her money up front and got a share of a pool. Good thing she was part of an agreement. Where I worked at if you didn't pay up front you didn't get a chance in the pool.

Judge awards excluded worker $1 million share of Big Game jackpot
This is scary. My workplace also has a lottery pool but no written rules as far as I know. To know that anyone can just say that they were part of the pool is scarey. This lady even admitted that she did not give her required ten dollars so why did the judge award her the money?
