yes correct. And sadly folks have sued for the most ludicrious things thinking they will be able to retire from the awarded amount. The reality is this particular allegation holds little merit to make its way to an award, unless its a WARD in a mental place. :) This is a simple lesson, validation thru the proper protocal is the only way a ticket can be claimed a winner. Dont play if you dont know the rules. ANd if you know the rules then play on :) Ignorance is no excuse.

Right there with ya ridge. I sell furniture and I get so tired of dealing with people. I sold a couple curio cabinets to an older couple Saturday, and I felt sorry for the lady. She wanted them for an early Christmas gift and he was downright mean to her. He let her buy them but, man what an a--hole. She was embarrassed by the way he talked to her and to me. I don't like shopping, phones, or people too much anymore either. I am ready to retire.......all I need is a few million $. LOL.
