Ney1 You sound more like a lottery player with a desperate hope that lottery mnumbers are not random and thus you can find a flaw somehow, capitalize on it and come up with a set of winniing numbers to play. Texas does appear to be easier not to mention cheaper than Florida to claim anonymously. In Florida a player could utilize statue 1024.51 to claim anonymously and fore go using an attorney. That said, after 90 days the Florida Lottery would release the name of the winner to anyone that asks them.
