The second time I went into the store, I didn't hand the cashier the play slip that didn't work. I just filled another one out and gave it to her. Why do you think the Mega Millions is rigged? Are you saying that if someone in the winning state had my winning numbers, that now they won't win because I changed those numbers because I chose them from my non winning state?

I thought I would see what QP's they are putting out today so I got 4 of them..2 had 5's in them so maybe they will bring the 5's now with-in a couple of days...I got: 870---754---568---317. One of these may show up soon as they like to advertise what is coming soon to a rigged theater near you !

RNG or no RNG, there will always be people who swear up and down the lottery is rigged yet, amusingly, they still keep playing. Same with casinos, stock market, tax schemes, welfare programs, and life in general. You really can't win because people will always come up with reasons to whine about things purposefully designed to extract money from their pockets.

It doesn't matter what RNG creates Quick Picks. No matter what numbers you have no matter how they were created, and by what RNG, they should always have the same probability of winning as any other set of numbers. So putting discussion of the Quick Picks RNG in the same discussion as the drawing RNG is a red herring it is a side-show that distracts from the point. The problem is that, as we saw in the Hot Lotto case, it is possible to rig a computerized drawing and hide the fact you did it.

Of course ball drawings can be rigged, explain how back to back number pairs show up in over 90% of drawings when it's a phenomena that should only happen about once in every 75 drawings at best.

Ball drawings can be and have been rigged also, but IMHO RNG games present a bigger problem as far as fraud and should be banned. All draw games should have televised ball drawings.
