Ok, if you are going to tear apart my post, let me make some additional points. The only way state lotteries could insure the jackpots would go into the right hands is to cheat. Is there a rule in your state that says only the deserving can win ? I Never said that the state could, in any way, ensure that lottery money goes into the right hands. I have posted about RSS feeds in the past, and haven't gotten much feedback, so I'm guessing there aren't many people utilizing them. Am I correct? If you don't know what an RSS feed is, you can read about them here. (That link has been in the left menu for years, but I'm not sure too many people have investigated it.) New Mexico has sold its fourth multi-million dollar winning Powerball jackpot ticket. One winning ticket was sold in New Mexico for tonight's Powerball lottery drawing, according to the New Mexico Lottery Authority. It was the only winning ticket nationwide.
