Congrats You Won( Lucky Strike Lottery)
It's an advance fee scam (similar to those letters asking you to help smuggle millions out of Africa for a perecentage of the proceeds) - dventually if you respond they'll ask you for processing fees , which they will take and disappear (or keep asking for more as problems come up, if they think you can be suckered out of more money).Just send that letter into the circular file....

Elderly California woman loses $250,000 to foreign lottery scam
The elderly Lodi woman answered her telephone just like anyone else would.A voice at the other end told her she'd won a lottery and that she'd soon get the first check in the mail. When the check arrived and proved that the lottery was legitimate, she was to send back a check to pay the taxes on her winnings. But then the foreign check didn't clear the woman's bank -- after she'd already sent off a real check of her own. The lottery officials said something had gone wrong, and they'd get another

online lottery site
Yes, click the sites on the left side of this page. You can select your own numbers. They don't offer Texas, but I am not aware of any site that offers Texas at the moment. ( claims to, but they do not actually buy the tickets, they are a scam outfit.)

rng's used to pick state lottery numbers
We have RNG's in the states.... ball machines...Unfortunately PA uses PRNG to pick midday 3 4...The drawing's the thing... you don't see the actual draw for the mid-day... you DO see the draw for evening/cash5/match6...not that it's fool-proof (Heck, remember the '666' scam in PA with the latex paint?), but it at least lends the appearance of integrity...

Quote: Originally posted by mflow on July 21, 2004IS This real have any one ever heard of itIf such a lottery exists it's so under the radar the search engines can't find a reference to it on the web. Closest was a lottery funded a movie by a Sapex. If you revieved email you won second prize, it's a scam. Anyone Seen this System?
Oh please!!!!I am willing to put 100,000 won on the fact that there is NOTHING in this little scam report that the majority of the regular posters haven't tried years ago. They just want your $10 -- and I am sure many people fall for it. It's probably got some system described. If you have never been to a site like Lottery Post, it might actually have some value.

Pick 3 System Guarantees 2 Hits Per Week
Quote: Originally posted by kzdj on June 16, 2004Like I Stated Earlier, I'm Not Here To Scam Anyone. Just To Help Ya. That's All. Your Pick 3 Lottery Forecast Friend, KenFriend (Ken), if you really want to help, post some predictions and we will see if you are better than those who post their predictions for free. Sounds like you are just another person who wants to make money selling lottery numbers because you can make any playing the lotteries and you're not the first.RJOh
