My favorite lottery conspiracy theory was the one that said that the Tennessee Computers were fixed so they wouldn't let any doubles fall. That way they got to keep all the money people bet on doubles without having to worry about doubles coming up and having to pay them. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Everyone knows that could never happen! That would be cheating! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!

The only hindsight I used in my test 4000 systems (actually it was 999*4 or 3996) was to use the previous draw to predict the next draw. That doesn't seem like cheating to me but if it makes you feel better then OK. You know you can go to the prediction board and filter Pennsylvania Pick 3 games and find the top predictors.? They are as random as possible with the ball drawings. The lotteries don't have to cheat. They are not pulling some stuff as is commonly seen in various threads. For Pick 3s and Pick 4s, they do not manipulate doubles (TN might have been the exception). They do not manipulate triples. They do not manipulate quads. Question was, if they are cheating, why play? Because even if they did cheat, someone can still win. Speaking of horse races, there were rumors about certain races being fixed.

It's not necessary for all combinations to be used before some are repeated. You explained as well as can be explained. If people choose not to believe it, or just can't understand it, so be it. I think at the heart of the matter is there are those who just believe that the lotteries are deliberately cheating people. If I really thought that, I sure wouldn't be throwing my money after it. Missouri, 6/23/2010 Evening, 844 I m peed off, I got, 8444 on a quick pick, 3 days ago, for the pick 4, and I was playing, 844, and 444. I played, 428, 624, 864, I shoulda, coulda, played all the even numbers, but, that would have been too many combinations. Oh well, I'll be glad when Missouri fills their bank, and let some of my regular numbers drop, and stop all this cheating.

There is a huge difference between the scammers selling magic systems and paying a little for a leg up on information it took other players years to learn. BobP You can't use a lottery system, it would be cheating.

Wtg centless. I have to disagree . The numbers are falling like they should. You just have watch the pattern. There is no cheating it just they when 6 and 9 plays it's flip the 2-1 pattern. I have enjoy everyone post but we need to remember the lottery is not here to make you rich but to enjoy. If you playing it to pay a bill or you desperate for money then you will lose more than you win. If you playing for the fun of it then you will win more than you lose. Knowing the store where the winner was sold is not fool proof. If one knew the numbers being picked in advance, they could buy their ticket at any store. A few years ago an Indiana lottery security person was caught after telling his buddies the store that had the roll of scratch-offs with the grand prize so they could go there and buy the whole roll.
