MI began its change game
The first Georgia Change Game drawing was Monday, July 29. The total prize pool for Monday, Oct 14 was 85% BELOW the 7/29 prize pool-and, lottery sales are _stronger_ in October than during the summer. Except for Pick-3/4 straight bets, lottery players want to be able to win smaller prizes on occasion.

Need advice
Rose: Assuming you would prefer LUMP SUM, and you want to be part of a lottery pool, you better make sure the pool agrees to the cash payoff. TX needs to adopt the 1998 federal guidelines (which should have been made mandatory) allowing players to make the cash/annuity choice _after_ they win (NY hasn't gone along either).

NYC Mega Million winners
Of course. In a lottery pool, cash is always the way to go. But what if the winner is in his/her 20s, did not play in a lottery pool, and wants to give some of the money to family and relatives who don't have much investment experience whatsoever? Then the question becomes much harder.

Why is Steve Player the only one with the COURAGE to post hi
My question is: How much have you won using Steve Player's systems? Most any system will win something, if you can afford to buy enough chances. The best testimonials come from regular players who only can afford a few dollars a week to play lotteries or a pool of regular players who pool their money when the jackpot get big. I matched 5 of 6 in OhioSuperLottoPlus for $1500 with a $10 ticket using my own system, but if I don't do it again this year, I will have to say I got lucky. RJOh

Lottery Pool (Club) Agreements
Where I work we have a pool and I collect the money but before the drawing I go and get quick picks and make a copy of the numbers for everyone in the pool and put everyones name on the copies, this way they know what numbers we have together so if I every win by myself, they can't say I kept the winning ticket!

Approximately 175 million Big Game tickets sold
I know in NJ where I played, I was involved in an office pool $10 x 22 players. This is probably the most common event when the jackpot really takes off.One pool I was aware of was $150 x 14 players. And they are not counting their money today!!Later.. Alan

What states are included in Big Lotto?
I live in Dallas too, at work we got a guy to fly up to Chicago, that was the closest to us. He took a bunch of money with him for our pool. His air fare was free as we pooled our travel vouchers from being bumped from flights. That is about the only way to get tickets, go yourself or get a pool from the office.

The cash/annuity issue is of course more important when people share ticket(s). If TX still requires the choice be make when you play, _always_ choose LUMP SUM/CASH. If the choice is made AFTER you win, 1) either make sure the contract is for choosing LUMP SUM/CASH, or, should the pool want annuity (unlikely) that those preferring CASH are not in the pool (so that those wanting lump sum aren't stuck with annual payments).
