It has nothing to do with taxes. They are keeping my ticket because my friend had taken it to wilsonville to cash it in. They say that I wasn't allowed to do that and they are keeping my winnings.

I'm reluctant to add this tidbit, but there are some numbers that like to happen after trips, but not all the time that's why I'm reluctant to say anything, but I'm hopeful and I hope Uni you could help me decipher which ones are worth it....here they are....670/479/970/976. I am already looking for 970/670 so I'm hoping this trip will pull them out of their hiding spots! The 479 looks nice cuz last played 470 has to flip to either 1 or 9 eventually, but nothing happens right away with nyl.
