I have the book and enjoy reading it. It brings the Law of Attraction into perspective. I would also recommend The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne. It's a Very Inspirational read. I also have it on audio. I have recommended the book to people that needed to be uplifted. It has changed their Life.

Please read The Power of Habit for a book. Listen to it audio, if you are not much on reading. It could help. Something has you triggered. And it s not the TV,cable or Internet fix or take away. Punish is a strong word and strong word to use on yourself.

I would not be in fear of losing friends or family either, but I also don't have anyone else to really worry about. I don't have kids so its easy for me to say. Family to me is just my mom as of now.
