If it's what you posted on the thread it still doesn't prove you won. My point is people and their demands on others and they feel they are above following the same rules. When I opened my big mouth in the chatroom, I was making a point to Tenaj. I am aware she or someone in there would tell you what was said and I really don't care. But, you started this proof issue, I thought I'd look to the leader to stand by her own ethics. Tenaj can probably tell you what books to read on leadership. S

Having a lottery machine: Now that's the ticket
Yes its actually a practice I've been witness to here in PA- (re: scanning tickets prior to purchase). Recently asked a clerk why in a group of the ten tickets I bought most of them were very out of numeric order and just laying in the counter bin. Her response- well for some of the clerks its harder to pull off the roll so we just tear them off in advance . Mind you on average I hit at least one winner in a series of ten- This time I bought ten, and they were each losers. Later on that night I

Four4me:A lot of what happened to your saw involved something I'd call 'ethics', rather than common sense. But it also sounds as though neither of those guys knew enough to get up to the level of having common sense.I'd put common sense with power tools more into the arena of something that happened to my left forefinger and thumb a long time ago.I was a pretty fair-to-middling woodworker, had a good shop in the garage. Used all manner of power tools a lot. I had a lot of respect for jointers

Winner of Feb. 12 Powerball lottery prize takes the cash option
A 55-year-old Louisiana lobbyist claimed her winnings Friday in last month's Powerball jackpot, sending her attorney to the lottery office to turn in the winning ticket and accept a lump sum payment worth $23 million.Vera Olds of Baton Rouge could have taken $40.6 million in 30 annual payments, but instead chose the $23 million lump sum, according to Kimberly Chopin, a state lottery spokeswoman.Chopin said Olds, a regular lottery player who bought $5 worth of Powerball tickets every Saturday, wi

It would be hard to cover it all again here, especially in this thread which has for its subjec

Forming a Trust... any links to info?
konanean estate does not end up in a trust. the deceased (settlor) placed it in a trust, and might have had a good reason. a trustee receives a fee for administering the trust, however, this is decided at the time the trust is formed and cannot be changed by the trustee arbitrarily. trustee's have a fiduciary responsibility and are bound by professional ethics. they are required to manage the assets in the best interests of the beneficiaries, they have no beneficial interest in the assets

Turmoil: Connecticut Lottery interim CEO quits
Frank Farricker, the Connecticut Lottery Corp.'s board chairman and interim CEO, resigned from both unpaid but influential positions Monday after drawing heavy criticism during a legislative inquiry into lottery officials' handling of the fraud-plagued 5 Card Cash lottery game.
Saying that he hopes to help the lottery agency by ceasing any further distractions, Farricker wrote to the quasi-public agency's general counsel, Matthew Stone, and said he was quitting immediately.

Texas Lottery shake-up sparks optimism
The Texas Lottery's enforcement division was restored this week and the role of a longtime agency official has been reduced in a shake-up that follows nearly a year of public scrutiny over security, ethics and the treatment of employees at the $3 billion agency.
Employees and lottery observers said Tuesday they were optimistic about the changes, hoping they can improve employee morale, security and public confidence in the agency.
I have hopes and aspirations it will be a good deal, but i

interesting dilemma / opinions welcome
New to the forum, and had an interesting question I could not sufficiently and legally find an answer to, so
in the middle of a separation leading to a divorce. Eventually. If I were to win a jackpot prize in the meantime before finalizing the divorce, and I live in a 50/50 state, how could I cash in the winnings all to myself? I'll spare you the details of why that *looks* like a moral failure on my part to not split it with the ex, but suffice it to say she's done some off the moral compa
