Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
The only reason I play is to win a life changing amount.
Just one lottery ticket per drawing if the jackpot has reached $250 or more.
The new $5 MM ticket price to too rich for me, so in my state the only option is to play PB (when the jackpot is above $250mil), so I actually don't play the lottery too often.
I have my kids pick the numbers when it is time to buy a ticket, and adjust the numbers +1 or -1 if they have picked a recently used number.
So far the most I have won is $4

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
I'm just done with Mega Millions altogether. I played it since it was available in California, so a sample size that runs around 20ish years. The most I ever won was matching 3 numbers for probably around $10. $5 a ticket just became a barrier I wasn't willing to pass through. Whatever I would have normally spent just went to other draw games like California Fantasy 5 tickets instead.
The actual jackpot total plays no part in my decision to buy a ticket or not. I also just get 1 ticket per

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
Thanks for the info. It was just my curiosity (and not judgment) about your pool compared to what I am doing (and my plan for a Pool) and nothing more.
I read in an earlier post and understand that your organizer had a formula for each member to get 1 Mil on a big win. I think that is a good plan and sounds like it will not cost a fortune to execute.
What I am doing *sounds* a bit rich but it really isn't. Since the end of March when PB MM were won back to back and reset to their minimum

Kentucky $167.3 million Powerball jackpot winner will serve out his sentence
I've known his story for a very long time.
If you look at those so called lottery curse stories, most of those unfortunate incidents could've been avoided by being just a lil cautious. It's really sad what happened to his daughter and granddaughter. But he was carrying six figures in cash in his car and would often flaunt it in the strip clubs making sure everyone knew he was wealthy. And when asked why he would do that, his response was because I can . When you have such utter disregard for

Idaho man wins the lottery for the 18th time over 30 years
Repeat winner says his real luck has nothing to do with the lottery
By Kate Northrop
One man in Idaho has all the luck he's won the lottery a total of 18 times over the last 30 years.
Will he make it to 20? An Idaho resident is on a hot lucky streak after he just recently netted his 18th significant win in the lottery.
Does lightning strike 18 times? the Idaho Lottery said in a social media post. For Idaho Lottery player Robert Bevan... it just might.
Bevan is no stranger to

Mercury & Moon Moves Happening Today
Good Morning LP Family - Merc and the New Moon move today to Gemini joining Venus there already. All that Bull energy is sliding into the twin thing. This brings me joy! The Earth signs have just ruled so heavily that I need a little respite. It feels like that proverbial big beef is sitting on me - how about you? Powering thru only works to a point.
See those 1718s and a little 718 energy? Always telltale. I'm curious how many of us look at the daily falls across the country and are just am

Lottery Phobias
This is an interesting topic but are these phobias or superstitions? I have several. Although what is a practice or superstition for some could be a phobia for others in rare cases. A phobia has to interfere with your daily life. If one believes they have to spend $50 every day and with financial issues, that is an addiction.
1. Never buy mistake tickets. A mistake for someone else is not a win for me.
2. No quick picks since I do better picking my own numbers. Qps for me are always los

I gain the best confidence trust to risk money from my strategies that consistently win over long periods of time.
You have to show yourself before anyone else that your strategy can be trusted.
I'm already confident and trust in my strategy but YOU'RE not going to be as confident and trusting until you see more winning over time.
Everyone has a number of wins they need to see before they decide to risk money.
What's your number?

Help Me Understand This 😭
Does it mean we have fewer people playing MFL in the 31 states where it's available?
Very probably, but when random numbers are involved, you can never rule out random streaks of losing and winning.
Am I looking at the games wrongly? As a player should the focus be on the odds of winning or how often people are winning regardless?
Look at it this way - If somebody else wins the jackpot, are they going to send you a check? If not, you should focus on the odds of you winning.
