But what I do is upload the picture to my free shutter fly account, right click over the picture, click copy picture's web address, go to where you post on here, click the little picture of a mountain, paste your picture's web address where it says source then click ok. The governor added that those wanting to remain anonymous under current law have the option of forming a limited liability company to collected the winnings for them. News to me, but maybe he just has a different definition of anonymity. I've long been under the impression that the NY lottery identified actual people even when they used some alternate legal entity to claim the prize. Of course if the lottery isn't going to require that at least one real person in the LLC to be identified

I don't know about other states, but in Texas, nobody gets paid until lottery officials have conducted an investigation to satisfy themselves that the purchase details conformed to state law. Yes, persons who win a million or more may remain anonymous as far as the public is concerned, but the lottery isn't going to withhold federal taxes and release any prize money until they are certain that they are paying the right person.

Lol lol. That winner in 2009 was the last one. What is interesting , is that the winner claimed via a trust but there is a reference in the article to a reporter showing up at the home of the winner, possibly. But there was no followup. So was the winner tracked down due to the name of the trust...Rockson something as I recall. And/or, does the DC lottery also release a name in the case of a trust, like J. Smith? Their rules are vague and open to interpretation.
