MATH 5/39: Stack47, Garyo1954, RL-RANDOMLOGIC VS Jimmy4164
Hi, y'all! I've been reading your posts. Seems you folks have a handle on mathematics as it applies to lottery play. Have a question. Instead of swapping insults, etc, why don't you direct your energy to help LP members improve their personal systems. I have a workout I call 'Gap Strategy.' https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/197753 The link contains a basic description of the workout for Texas Pick 3. It has produced some wins in all the games, but no jackpots or signi

australian sat lotto , new division added
here is a break down of prize distribution, note the div 5 3+b was the largest or equal largest paying div after1, now div 6 gets half that money. i think aus lottery liked a significant prize what ever you won, used ot be you would get arouind $20 for lowest prize, not bad on a 60c game, im guessing new lowest prize will be around half that. Division One 28.0 per cent Division Two 3.8 per cent Division Three 8.2 per cent Division Fou

Statistics around the balance of even/odd and small/big numbers
Stack47 I think we only need to watch the local weather or look at the markets to see how statistics perform on any given day. The weather is considered by many to be random but only because they don't have enough data to make their predictions. You would think that with all the super computing power at there disposal, that statistics would do better then +/- 3 degrees as an accepted average which is more like +/- 5 for the norm. I missed a pick-6 jackpot the other day by 2 nu

$355 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot second-biggest of all time
By Todd Northrop What a week for Mega Millions multi-state lottery players! The lotteries have raised the official Mega Millions jackpot estimate for the second time in as many days to a knee-weakening $355 million for tonight's drawing. That's a $25 million increase just from yesterday. Likewise, the lump-sum cash option of tonight's jackpot is now $224.2 million an increase of $15.9 million from yesterday's estimate. And there's no telling how high the jackpot will become by the

Pure unadulterated baloney from Steve Player
Most interesting that you are telling me what this thread is about. Here's the OP, Steve Player in blue: ___________________________________________________________ I'm putting this in Discussions because it's not about the specifics of any system but about sleaze mail order system marketing. Steve Player fans need to read this. I got a snail mail today promoting his IL Little Lotto 5/39 GEO MATRIX . I'm sure he's sending this out to all states with a 5/39 game. From his websit

Winning at Lotto : Luck vs. Intelligence
Statement: Being in the right place at the right time requires Luck and/or Intelligence. We are told that Alexander Graham Bell invented the Telephone, or Galileo invented the Telescope, or Thomas Edison invented the Light Bulb. The fact is that they didn t! They just happened to be in the Right place at the Right Time due to their Luck and/or Intelligence. Question: Do you always have to be Lucky to be in the right place at the right time? Question: Or could Intelligen

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
RL-RANDOMLOGIC, Finally! I succeeded! I succeeded in getting you to proclaim a few lottery truths. A couple of your points are technically arguable, but let's not quibble. ----You said,-------------------- Heres how I see things 1st. The lottery is designed to get people to play knowing full well that most wont win. 2nd. They know that the promise of winning big money will cause people to play to no end. 3rd. They design each game so that so that the only real winner is th

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
Lucky Loser, A lot of what you said above is true. If more people play a particular way, then there will be more winners...STATISTICALLY. QP players cannot win no where near as consistent as PP's with correct math and properly arranged numbers. This is true, assuming you are buying more than 1 ticket. However, you're forgetting something very important. Let's say you're picking numbers for a Pick-5/43 game, and you have $5 to spend. Compare these 2 choices: Set A Set B
