I'll work the Pick 3 first. Using the conditional statement (0 or 9) and (4 or 5), you could set up the statement as (A or B) and (C or D). Also, each number is randomly selected once and is used in the variable set {A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J}. I don't mind putting in some work, one never knows when a system introduced just might be the edge we all need. But i can not create a program on something where the rules change every 5 seconds.
