Back in the day when race tracks used tote machines, the tickets were bought and cashed at separate windows. They did fill out a W2-G on a reportable winning ticket with the name and SS number of the person cashing the tickets but there were no record of who cashed the other tickets. Today race tracks use computers similar to lottery terminals and the computer keeps track of transactions. Other than a W2-G there is no record of who bought the tickets or cashed them. For the lotto and a so what test, I'm trying to do a reverse approach here. Picture ourselves as on a lottery commission and we're given an assignment to see if anyone out there has come up with something we should be concerned about, not cheating, but something that produced consistent jackpot and second tier winners. Good these cheating clerks needs to be fired. I had a food lion clerk who tried to steal my p3 numbers. I had gotten about $28 worth all begin .50 exact or any, so that would create a little stack. I didn't notice that some were missing. Lottoshlep You seem to rememebring well by defending GTECH ....so is that story true or not? If not, then why the replaced the chair? I don't really think your suggestion is correct because Lottery Commission forced Camelot to purchase the software from GTECH and of course this cannot be over few hundred pounds?
