.......it seems to me that all or most of the winners of the power ball are from the middle of the US like kansas iowa When ever I see the words it seems and all or most I know the persons talking aren't talking facts but about how they feel. There hasn't been a PB jackpot won in Kansas or Iowa since 09/23/06 and several have been won in your state of Kentucky since then. People go there because of the idea of winning 10,000 or whatever, but not because they love those games.... Millions of people play Powerball and Mega Millions because they have the chance to win millions but it's not the only game in town so people can play other games with smaller jackpots and smaller odds against them. People that go to las Vegas are the people that like blackjack, and 21 and poker, etc...And they don't even offer war card or memory games and those are card games...
