thanks for your time and effort in all of this.the thing that really bothers me at this point in time is i think certain people in high positions of power are doing their best to get this fiasco swept under the rug here in tennessee.they want it to go away quickly and quietly.hell yes i do believe someone somewhere is guilty as hell and the key word to use here is fraud.but at this point in time i'm starting to wonder if the state is just going through the motions and acting like they are going

Ontario Lottery may ban retailers from buying tickets from own stores
merchants would have to punch in their PIN before buying personal tickets
blah, blah, blah ... then they'll only fraud a little bit?
Caesar's wife must be above suspicion. OLG should use this opportunity to rid itself of those retailers who cannot understand this concept. Then they certainly won't buy or redeem winning tickets at their own stores.

Tennessee Lottery refuses to revert to ball drawings
TV stations pay to have that type of airing for ratings to go up...
Write the stations and tell them you refuse to watch their stations unless TN changes back to the ball drawings.. No one is interesting in watching the fraud mess they are airing..

Computerized drawings are nice ...
I do not believe anyone is reading anyone else's post.
Yukio said Ten-OH (which according to the report card is computerized.)
Yukio was talking to Mike about the fraud statement and not to Todd.
Anything else here that needs cleared up before this continues?

New York Lottery won't pay $25,000 for taped-up scratch-off ticket
Hi tnlotto1>>>can you believe the lawyer in this case. When it all comes out she may be forced to quit her job not only that but, who would want a lawyer as silly as that. You can sure tell she knows nothing about scratch tickets or, lottery for that matter. Other people in this forum picked up on other important points as well>>> the three little numbers at the bottom right hand corner and the losing letters on the ticket although, in Delaware if you win over $200.00 you would

Letting Someone Else Claim My Powerball Winnings
Thanks for enlightening me about having someone else claim the ticket. I've been disabled, and on government assistant most of my adult life - I hadn't even thought that the person who claimed it would then need to pay taxes on it. But, I do have a relative who loves me enough to do that for me without asking for money for their trouble, or splitting the amount.
While to do it this way may be dishonest, I don't feel terribly guilty when I know of the dishonesty of people who fraud the gover

Tennessee couple accused of stealing thousands of lottery tickets
A woman who lives down the street from me worked at 7-11 for 6 months. She was fired for stealing lottery tickets, although she denies it. Maybe these people don't consider taking lottery tickets as stealing. I've met people who commit insurance fraud, cheat on their taxes, collect unemployment for months without looking for work, etc., and don't consider that stealing either.
By the way, saying it's because they are clerks is ridiculous. That's like saying people who drive have the mo

Some States Consider Leasing Their Lotteries
I'm not arguing with you, either. But those were two seperate sentences.Same paragraph, but two sentences.
I seem to recall that Milken was convicted a long time ago for securitys fraud or something. The reason that I remember it is that he got such a short sentence.Basicly,he got a slap on the wrist and got to keep the money.I could be wrong, but thats the way I remember it.
As for the annuities being gaurenteed, who is doing this gaurentying?

Hoosier Lotto
Haha you think out of the 1.5 million tickets (roughly 250k free plays were rewarded and the odds are about 1 in 7 to win a free play ticket, which equals 1.75 mil but we will say 1.5 million since there were so many low numbers) . about 350k of them are duplicated combinations ?? With that logic when these state lottos are hit there would be a lot more multiple winners in state lotteries. Listen this is probably a huge coincidence but the chances of this lotto having rolled 100 times is mind
