for example bill..if I pull up allstates results from say july 11th 2007 in one window(remember our backtests are sunday to sunday from 3 weeks prior) ,I would scout for any pair that matched from the 11th till the 18th of our current month(in this case april 11th week)...We know 592 dropped on the 14th 2010 in NC so we now we move on to the next week (18th) and see if the exact same area has a matching pair to our current week ..ifso repeat area.... and so on and so forth...you kinda get it?
