Official wants fraud probe of Tennessee Lottery
Hargrove said she did not believe fraud was involved. She said a player would have had to spend $720 to win $500 in the Cash 3 game and $5,040 to win $5,000 in Cash 4, making it unlikely anyone would purposely rig the games.
This statement is about one of the biggest red herrings I have ever read. WOW.
Could you please elaborate and explain, how this has anything to do with rigging draws?

can someone here post me an example of a fake RNG lottery drawing?
Fake: A fraud or sham; not genuine; to pretend or feign!
Random: Lack of definite aim or intention; without plan or order; haphazardly!
Number: One of the set of positive integers; a quantity or place in a sequence!
Generator: To produce; beget; bring into being; originate by some process!

scratchers for tips
Well, I wasn't trying to step on any toes.
What made me think of this was the number of times (years ago when I bought scratchers) that I had used them to buy gas. To me a winning scratcher spent the same, just in fewer places.
You are right. With more fraud and joke tickets these days, people receiving one might be more skeptical.... (trails off into Those were the days... )

8-time B.C. Lottery winner has history of fraud
I said that in the first post I did the same thing I read it a couple of times and didn't find the WHAT THE FRAUD they're talking about.
On a side note. JX why would you make an accusation about the current administration trying to burn people alive? Can you give us an example? Because I can give you several examples of prior administrations actually burning people alive. Dresden, Hiroshima, Nagaski, and who was in charge then? Or is it that, when we defend ourselves and the left bunch o

tax strategy
I am an accountant who has a very large net operating loss ($4,800,000) that I think could be combined with someone's winning, but not yet redeemed lottery ticket to give both parties substantial additional income.
Perhaps this would be my first reason to avoid you at all expense. Any, and I do mean ANY Accountant worth their salt would never let anyone other then those who absolutely must be informed, know they have an operating loss.
Has anyone ever used this strategy or does anyone

tax strategy
Because the law has changed on gift tax, in 2007, my wife and I can each gift an individual up to $2.0M without triggering the gift tax. This impacts your otherwise good calculations and increases the savings substantially.
Because a winning lotto ticket in Texas is legally a bearer bond until it is signed and presented to the Lottery Commission, I would strongly dispute your characterization of any fraud being involved. My sources tell me that the encouragement of the State to consult a

Cancer claims life of man who exposed Ontario Lottery retailer fraud
The man whose legal battle with Ontario Lottery and Gaming brought about an investigation and wholesale changes to the Crown corporation lost his fight with cancer Monday.
Bob Edmonds, from the central Ontario town of Coboconk, died in hospital at age 83. His son, Bob Edmonds Jr., said his father's struggle began years ago and grew more acute as the cancer spread.
The cancer spread from the bowel to his liver and pancreas and eventually claimed his life, Edmonds said in an interview.

Ontario lottery players launch $1.1 billion lawsuit
Lawyers for a Toronto man launched a $1.1 billion class-action lawsuit against Ontario's troubled lottery corporation Wednesday, as the fallout from an investigation into widespread corruption widened.
The suit, filed on behalf of all those who purchased lottery tickets since 1975, proposes a free lottery as a settlement solution.
The government is responsible for ensuring that [its lottery] is fair, honest and equitable and it would appear that their systems that they have in place haven

I won 2,000,000.00 Euros
Just because you don't ask a question that's specific enough to produce the answer you're looking for doesn't change how things work. 1 + 1 =10. That there may be other correct answers doesn't mean there's any room for argument over the answer I chose.
Bank of America insures their customers, with fraud protection.
Just what the world needs more of. Morons who do stupid things, confident that the rest of us can help pay to bail them out.
