Cashed my $35 at Sheetz and had another $40 with me. I grabbed a Crossword and scanned it and it lost. Grabbed $10 frenzy,$20 Big Money,$20 Monopoly and $20 Supercash. The manager who I know well told me the counter Frenzy's haven't paid well. I got the last 4 of them and a $20 Million Payout. I got home and scratched the machine Frenzy 1st and it hit $40, then ticket 056 was next and won $20. The last $110 I scratched all lost. Ouch for real Jarasan....sry that happened....happens to all of us...I play box and straight on separate tickets ....less taxes and you can cash the boxed ticket at the machine. I wonder if they will follow up with another triple or a double double. 185 was a repeat number...will they repeat a number in the 3 or 4 digit today? We need a super psychic....lol

Everyone here has good points. What would be most interesting to me--- is not whether it was the same person or not, but whether those 3 winning tickets were quick picks, or self picks. As I am sure some people know you can get a combination ticket where you pick one part of the number and let the machine do the rest. It depends how you fill out the slip. So for example I might have a favorite powerball number and pick that number on the slip but mark off quick pick for the remaining 5 numbers.=

At the gas station today noticed something really disturbing. This guy dropped 200$ in the vending machine and took out 10 of the Ultimate Riches. I saw him scratch each one of them. One after another he was cursing. All of them came up duds. I have never in my life seen that. After a few you would expect maybe a ticket or something. But he ended up throwing all of them away. Sad sad state of affairs.

It sounds to me like there is a problem with that lottery machine. Any chance you could try the card at a different location and see if the same thing happens? Not sure if you're willing to risk the $4 (or $5!) to do it, but it might be a good way to show it's the machine that's malfunctioning. Take photos of everything you do with your cell phone at the moment you're doing it. (So the date/time stamp on your photo is the same as the date/time stamp on the ticket purchase.)

Depends on the manufacturer. WMS has it right on the body of the machine and in the opening screen when the machine resets . (Take out your players card and cash out your ticket, it goes through a demo and it says WMS amongst other things). On toucheasy keno it is at the bottom of the video screen ( it used to say US games in small text)...On Pompeii and Machines like that it may be on the lucite (plastic) back lit front panel...again in small type and those are Aristocrat games (it says Austral

See the clerk = Lawsuit I check my tickets immediately after the drawing. I do not need a machine to confirm any winnings. When my wins are small, I make it very clear that this ticket is a winner, the amount of the win and lean over the counter in an intimidating way watching every move until the cash hits my hands. 7 - 11 staff knows the routine very well.

Blaming the Lottery machine for missing out on millions is nothing but a bad joke. That machine was ready and able to print out his ticket whenever he wanted * meaning earlier- if Joel shows up at the last minute..how is it the machine's fault? Had he won...he would have created an avalanche of nonsensical lawsuits.
