What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
As for consistency, once every 1000 drawings isn't very consistent but the payoffs sure make up for that flaw .
yeahhh uhhh. ......but only if the player could demonstrate that the system was the result of the benefit, but one hit here, one hit there doesn't prove anything beyond luck.
that is why sustained observable consistentcy is KING on the proof side of things.
which is why you hear systems players being braggadocious-attrocious about thier wins , while sweeping their losses un

They asked him

What's with NY Sweet Million??
Sweet Millions has a coverage problem according to The NYS Lottery. Last year, when this thread first began, Jacal5 wondered why there are so few Sweet Millions jackpot winners. Jacal5 sent an e-mail to the NYS Lottery and asked why there were so few winners. The Lottery responded to Jacal's question, and their answer was posted in this thread on about page 3 or 4. Here's a a cut and past of the response:
Thank you for your e-mail.
It is still true that for $1, the Lottery's new Sweet M

MADDOG'S Powerball Challenges (Discussion)
Stack47,
You said, I don't have the statistics and I'm not taking poll, but it's obvious the consensus agrees wagering $3168 four times a week for a year on the Challenges is a bad bet for a number of reasons. If you would just agree your statistics based on imaginary wagers proved what we all already knew, we could move on.
So what was it you already knew? If betting all combinations of 12 WBs and 4 PBs twice a week was such a bad bet, how do you account for the FACT that the Challenge p

Porn shop lottery winner doesn't reveal himself
Michigan Lottery pays out record $268.6 million on two multi-state jackpots won a week apart
By Todd Northrop
So who bought the huge winning lottery ticket at the porn shop in Highland Park?
Nobody is saying, not even Mike Greer, 49, of Farmington Hills, who came forward to collect the $128.6 million in Powerball winnings on behalf of Team Victory, a lottery club.
I didn't buy it, Greer said today. I never play. I'm sorry.
Greer acknowledged he was being intentionally vague abou

If All 80,000 Members of LP Dedicated to Systems for PB and Pick6 We will Win it Everyday
Food for thought
I developed a paper and pencil structured workout called Gap Strategy.
I've gone out of my way to explain how it works. I've given numerous examples, including predictions for certain games.
I used a Pick 3 worksheet, but the strategy is adaptable for any on-line game.
I've had some winnings, mainly in Pick 3, but, no jackpots.
Todd says there are over 96,000 LP members. Not all are active everyday, for sure, but that's one huge body of interest
