Kentucky store clerk wins $200,000 from duplicate lottery ticket
it says inb article that they can cancel tickets, but that the paper work isnt worth the hassle for $1. ie the boss at your local is too lazy to file the paper work and its just easier just to bill the workers.

Lottery stop loss limit=$60 annually with three playing methods starting in 2012
They bought 1 Quick Pick Ticket when the jackpot was $254.2 millions. The article says It was won by a single ticket sold in Connecticut that matched all the numbers drawn and the article also goes on to mention that one ticket won $1 million in Texas playing MM, one ticket won $225,000 playing Cash 5 in PA, and another one ticket won $475,000 playing Cash 5. I don't know what you're assuming but to me that means there was only one ticket sold with the winning jackpot numbers regardless

$254M Ct. Powerball jackpot claimed by 3 asset managers
This is not an accusation! I believe something shady is going on with the big lotteries. Reread the article and pay close attention to all involved.

Is there a connection with milk and winning the lottery?
One of the tabloids once ran an article that said most jackpot winners had bought an orange drink on the way out of the store. Orange juice, orange soda, etc....anything orange.

After 17 months, Ohio Lotto jackpot finally won
I find it interesting how this article talks about the Ohio winners who were identified going on to do bad things. Though perhaps the anonymous winners might have committed crimes as well and we'll never know. It's interesting though cuz it gives the idea that the good ones stayed anonymous. Heh

U.K. couple watched lottery drawing as they won £101M
I read that same article. There's something dodgy about this couple -they should have remained anonymous - they've open themselves up for a world of hurt. If there are any skeletons in their closet, you can bet the UK newspapers will have them splattered all over the front page for everyone to read. The ex-husband and son couldn't wait to put her on blast! How long do you think it will take others - especially those who are not on that list of 20 - to go after them?

Wrong ticket wins Georgia woman $25 million
When I read this article , I was so happy for Ms Scrruggs and what really made the greatness to this story are the plans she has for the money, great story God bless her.

Lottery winner hits back at school bullies
I realize that some people prefer looks over substance but what a silly thing to say in response to this news story. If you actually read the article you would know that Mrs. Watson's 2.3m lottery win did not just happened - it was six years ago. Obviously losing 200 pounds wasn't a priority then and I doubt it's a priority now
