How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
I've followed this discussing since it began back in December and never though the object was to prove the Wisconsin lottery is cheating. That would be more like knowing which batch of scratch-off tickets had the jackpot winner, placing those tickets in an area or in a specific store, or not offering them for sale until they made their expected profit. It's possible they could scan the played combinations in pick-5 or lotto games and program the RNG to exclude them or only include the combinatio

Now or Later
You do realize 12,271,512 is a lot right? The state's population is 3.6 million and I doubt every single person(this would include children) plays Hoosier Lotto. Even at 3.6 million, that's still only 29.3%, which still is only a fraction of what the total possibilities are, and that's if there's no duplicates. After you factor in duplicates, possibility of a hit goes down even more. Take into consideration that it's possible that less than 250,000 tickets(again, not counting duplicates) per dra

I'll never win any Jackpot
I've always thought of it as getting the most out of my lottery buck. The odds of matching the winning Powerball numbers are exactly the same whether we play $20 worth of QPs or if we use one of the 57 wheels right here on LP that cost under $20. Since the jackpot win expectations are the same, adding secondary prize win guarantees can only enhance the bet.
I'm not going to quit playing and I'm not going to go around thinking that I will never win.
There are people that really expect to

Ontario Lottery adds signature requirement for claiming prizes
yes, some people do not pay attention to what they are giving the clerks or the change they receive. I caught the same clerk cheat me three times. It was usually in the morning rush hours, when people are less likely to sit there and check their change for the correct amount so they can hurry up and get to where they are going. But I have a habit of carrying big bills, so I have learned to count my change. She wasn't even trying to give me the correct change. She would give me a few small bills

Count your tickets, check numbers
Thanks SmoothJuice. I believe most clerks are honest. What Lantern wrote is also true. I am very friendly with a lot of clerks. My original post was only to bring up the idea that many of us might not look at a slip as a possible million dollars or more. Even a small win like 4 out of 6 can be quite a nice chunk of change. I am still using the money I won a week ago. (put my gas on a gas card!) But that $72 has bought a lot of groceries this past week.
I searched for that post where I mention

Judge rules thief keeps lottery jackpot
Courts can also be just as corrupt as the Government. I don't believe any alleged dictatorship is free from corruption on all levels. However to me there is a big difference between cheating the Government, and threatening other's lives by robbing others at gun point. Maybe not to you though. I don't conform to anything that I know is wrong and against my belief system...I don't care who rules it or who it is. The Government cheats, ignores, and neglects far more people that actually need help,

Cheating.
Not sure what you mean by cheating on scratch off tickets!?
Scratchers are the only game that once the ticket is printed and the roll put into the machine is impossible to cheat. You cant change what's already printed. My family won big on a scratcher a few years back. The money is gone now but we won! We had no idea we would win, simply scratched off the ticket like anyone else and it was a big winner! Didnt know we would win, just won, just like that,, it never happened before and never hap

Pick 3/computerized cheats/advance plays
I have yet to win ANYTHING on a computerized drawing, not that I play them often but even a 2 of 5 is very tough to get... but yet I routinely match 2 of 5 on the nj and PA 5. You would have to guess ahead of time what the flaw is in the draw program. One thing to note is that any computerization that is similar to TN is using the same generator for all the games, that is the Pick 3 picker will be the same as the Pick 5 picker but the software says (maybe now it does) that #s can be duplicated a

Robert Serotic Lottery Strategy books
There are web sites that cover copyright on the internet much better then I ever could. We are under an obligation to protect the owner of LP when we post since he lets us post without seeing it first. As you said, it is ALMOST exactly the same. I was working with a one column version of the Ken Silver Honest Lotto System long before I ever heard of him, but I wouldn't post his system here for multiple reasons. Sure the system we were discussing was frequency and a wheel the difference bet

No Buying Tickets For Lottery Retailers
When I cash in a winning ticket, I already know how much it's worth, (usually not much LOL). So there is zero chance of a clerk cheating me. I imagine there are people out there who rely on a clerk to scan their tickets, and that is foolish. There are many ways to check; TV, newspaper, and of course, state lottery web sites. One time I had a P3 ticket worth $400, and the clerk at Tom Thumb blurted out to anyone in earshot in amazement what it paid. I was annoyed, and said thanks, I know, you don
