Ohio Classic Lotto goes more than 2 years without winner
When the national lottos became available with their gaudy, over-the-top jackpots, the state lotto withered to a shell of its former self.
Ohio is not the only state where this has happened. New York's Lotto has been all but killed by the onset of the national games. It used to start at either $2M or $3M (IIRC, which one depended on whether the first drawing was on a Wednesday or a Saturday) and would roll over by at least that much. I don't remember how much the payouts usually were, but I'm

Ohio Classic Lotto goes more than 2 years without winner
With the number of retailers selling lottery tickets all over the state, it's hard to tell if there's a ticket buying frenzy without looking at total sales records.
I think the days of syndicates buying all the possible combinations are gone with the regulations states have to regulate ticket sales although I could see that happening again if our Rolling Cash5 (5/39) jackpot ever went over one million dollars.
If there is an increase in sales it will come because of individuals coming fro

For some, Illinois Lottery app makes ticket-buying too easy
The lottery's ability to go online was tucked into a 2009 state law that authorized a statewide construction program by raising taxes and fees on liquor, driver's licenses and candy bars.
Nice one.
Expansion of the lottery (tax) hidden in a tax increase legislation for an unrelated construction project as an earmark!

Would you be happy winning a lottery jackpot of any amount?
THRIFTY, PB and MM, both are the most difficult ones in the the California lottery, because of their system changed.
Especially, MM why increaded so many plain numbers(from 56 to 75), is this too many to be added?
I feel its mega numbers (15) is easier now, but it doesn't increase our winning opportunity!

Lottery Pick Several Practical Tips
maringoman,
Sorry, I know it is not so easy to make you all understand about the said system, because the samples of numbers were not in the American or European styles of lotteries. Just forget it at all, if it does not make sense for you. My system is not a 'must' can help win the jack pot. I only want to help you can catch a few numbers mean to increase winnning more in the game. I suggest you keep more attention in the mega numbers first before to fill in the plain numbers, beause it is t

Hitting the very next double System// by using ODDS
Getting back on topic... When playing P3 dbls use All even, odd, low or high as your combo. They hit 95 out of 131 on mid
and 86 out of 129 on eve going back to 1/1/2013 in Md. That's 72.5% and 66.6% respectively. Your state may vary.
When you watch the #'s you increase your odds of hitting. Observe!!!

I've CRACKED the lottery
If 3000 combinations aren't played then splintercell should at least show the exact numbers he is playing for that state...right now it just look like he is missing and not hitting...but it's definitely funny to see him post numbers to play and then post the winning numbers next to his predictions that are not the same......that seriously tickled me...if he predicted 123 but 678 showed up I would respect that as a hit if he said he played the exact mirror of his picks...which would still increas

Do you wager the same amount regardless of the size of either jackpot?
Should the JP get into the $300-$400 million range, do you add more Benjamin's hoping to increase your chances? l usually add another $10.00 either way.

$400 MILLION: Mega Millions lottery jackpot soars
There seems to be very little fuss about it. Definitely nowhere near the chatter we normally see for big JPs. Last week I went to the store and not a single person was in the ticket line. That's when I knew it was going to be a disappointing rollover amount. Yesterday I went and there were 2 people in the line. Certainly not the madness and lines out the door like it was just a year or two ago. I, like you, would have expected some further increase by now, but it's holding at 400.
