Here is the C-data for my 5-39 game, 27 hits in 365 games or on average about 2.25 games a month. To me this is doable provided I can reduce the lines to a playable amount each game. The average 5-39 JP is around $142,000 so 27*142,000 = $3,834,000. Jackpots often reach 500K for this game so the total is just a estimate.
