to me it's really not about how long before it expires it's what happens in the prize money -- that should of been rewarded to the players take for instance Powerball , if someone was to win the jackpot and not claim it by the time expires date the money would go back to each individual state and the players would get nothing. I've always been interested in whether you could solve people's problems to some extent by giving them additional cash, They talk about the majority but the article say 5.5%. So what happened to the other 94.5% of winners. Did they double or tripple their money and never have to work again? Did the majority invest it intelligently and have really improved their situation?
