MD Pick 4 game had a sign saying TEST on the live drawing??
I don't know if they do pre-tests on the RNG drawings else where or not. Maybe someone else does. Sounds like someone was giving you a run around months ago. Or else they just didn't know what they were talking about. Lottery rigger warned officials about computerized drawing machines years ago
I've said this years ago and will continue too. Since moving to a computerized system they the state and the for profit company running it can pick the least drawn number for any given game. Don't believe me? Check your state's winners per day compared to computer drawings and it's winner list. The goal is to raise money for profit. With less winners more money. They then turn around and brag about the amount they drawn it for the yr and say they given sooooo much to Education and other programs

Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
The easy way to get states to stop using RNGs is to boycott the games. If people simply stopped playing those games, the loss of revenue would cause the states to go back to using balls. As long as states keep recording record sales, they have no incentive to change operations. I also wonder if this problem exists with second chance drawings since those are computerized. Florida has been doing second chance drawings for losing scratch-off tickets for a few years now. About a year ago, one pe

Pa. Lottery drawings go on Thursday despite machine malfunctions
It was a bizarre drawing, but PA Lottery seemingly handled it well. With physical balls one can more readily detect problems / review the drawing video for anything out of the ordinary. The same can't be said for computerized randomizers. It's interesting the number of doubles that have occurred in PA Pick 2 in just 10 drawings (3 out of 10: 33, 55, and 99). And 9 has been a very commonly occurring first digit ... 4 out of the 5 past Day drawings; twice today with it appearing in both Day and
