A Massachusetts man is $450,000 richer after he became the first person to win a new multi-state slot game. Richard Keels of Boston's Mattapan neighborhood won $709,000 Sunday at Lincoln Park. He chose a one-time cash payout of $454,000, according to the Rhode Island Lottery. Keels won Ca$hola, the nation's first multistate progressive slot jackpot.
