Doubt Quick Picks?
Well, if they would investigate a winner for a fortune cookie try, as opposed to a QP, it seems to show worry over the integrity of the draw and their employees. One could as easily win, in theory, by a preselected set as by a QP. They have no proof of cheating, and it is pretty hard to cheat at a random event governed by independent trials unless the draw was rigged and the purchasers knew it was for a particular drawing, with inside help being needed, of course. It is either sore losership by

The odds the Jackpot reached $390 million are...
Some people assume if the amount of money bet on QPs is more than all the possible combinations, somebody should have the winning numbers. Even though there was $212 million in sales when big Mega Million jackpot was hit, not every possible combination was sold. If the numbers16,22,29,39,42 were sold with every mega ball, there should have been at least 1 jackpot winner and at least 45 second prize winners; there were only 43 second prize winners so not all the combinations were sold.
We know

Retailers luckier than expected, Atlantic Lotto says
Is this just up in Canada or here too? It's theoretically possible for store owners to inside-trade somehow to know that a certain roll of tickets contains a winner worth more than the cost of the roll. It seems like 10 times is a huge ratio if it's mainly based on some cheating potential winners. It's also up to players to stick with games they understand and play the game as it is intended, and scratch everything on the ticket and double check everything. When a player wins anything they need

working out syndicate groups?
Thanks advice I did read about VWD and I very nearly joined it last week.
However I do have an idea for something similar and everyone can see back office so no cheating (but there are other good things too) and I will not cheat anyway as if there is a HEAVEN AND HELL I REALLY WANT TO GO UP AND NOT DOWN this is why I am trying to see how to work things.
So I really need a mathematician to help out.

Is There A Profitable Pick 3 Strategy?
A profitable system is a cheating system. If you know what's coming up next then it's unfair to the other losers and those businesses running the games for profit. As least that's the impression I got from the judge remarks in the article https://www.lotterypost.com/news/148908.htm .
When you participate in a lottery or a casino game, the only gamblers in the games are the players. It's a profitable business for those running the games and the players are loser by design, some one have to

Gang 'used 007-style gadgets' to cheat casinos
A chef who turned high-tech poker cheat with an array of James Bond-style spy equipment to pocket an estimated 250,000 (US$491,000) was jailed for nine months today.
Yau Yiv Lam, 45, and two other partners in crime, repeatedly preyed on casinos throughout London using miniature up-the-sleeve cameras and virtually invisible earpieces to reverse the odds and chalk up a string of spectacular wins.
As he filmed cards dealt by the croupier, footage was beamed to an accomplice in a van equipp

A new(?) question
I can't think of anyone who'd like to win the lottery more, but what good is money without integrity or self-respect? Everyday I see people ripping off others and being deceptive just to make a buck. If I won't collect a commission by cheating someone, I certainly won't sell my soul for $10 million. On the other hand, maybe I should have married some millionaires I met when I had the chance. LOL
Cross that out! I saw a photo on TV of Anna-Nicole's late husband. Looks as if he was dead

Michigan Post 11/20-11/26
Michigan really is a cheating lottery, Alex. People think I am crazy when I say that but I know in my head it is true..............they change machine or balls constantly. I really think they are the hardest state to hit.
One thing I found out online........it is just as easy to lose money. Ya think oh, it's only a quarter but those quarters add up........and you tend to bet as much if not more. You just need to stay within a budget online..............don't play all states ...............
