Results of last week's top 30 picks were poor. One drawing had the potential for the third tier prize ($300). One drawing had the potential for the fourth tier prize ($40). Three drawings had the potential for the fifth tier prize ($10). Two drawings failed to cash out but had the potential of the sixth tier prize ($4). You'll need the drawing history showing that every number hit at least once. In a 5/39 game, consider going back another 8 drawings. I started by using a spread sheet with the 39 numbers in numerical order and the move the numbers drawn to the left and continued that process until all of the numbers were drawn at least once. Step 1: Create hybrid database with Pick 3 and Pick 4 numbers together. NOTE: Pick 3 began drawing on 05/22/1989 whereas Pick 4 didn't begin drawing until 09/30/1991, so I threw out the Pick 3 data up to that point. OPEN QUESTION: Thinking about the above, do we also throw out the one-a-day draw data up to 01/30/1995 when both P3 and P4 went to two-a-day draws? All things considered, I vote yes.
