A Liberty, North Carolina, man says he plans to pay off the mortgage on his home after his Millionaire Bucks win. Michael Zimmerman, of Liberty, works as an assistant manager at the Ready Mart on North Main Street in Randleman. According to a news release from the North Carolina Education Lottery, he bought the winning $20 ticket at the store on his day off. He got one ticket and didn't win anything, but said something told him to buy a second one. That one turned out to be the winner.

If that is the case, it's grimy on the part of the Florida lottery. She clearly didn't want the fanfare, but the lottery wasn't satisfied just releasing her name as the law allows, they had to release the hounds on her too. Hi dawnhu, yes I believe you are right. To release, IF you choose to, would be approx. two weeks after writing them. If you didnt manifest what you wanted, you can keep it and write another, new check in February. I get emails which tell me the dates and times to write my checks otherwise I would forget lol. I try to post that email info for others in case they are lost like I am hahahaha.
