Lotto company can control lotto machine
Of course they know the combos played, that's actually a big part of validation...play a ticket, the terminal dials up (if not already online) and transmits the bet info (#'s either player selected or terminal generated... I believe QPs are terminal generated because I got a PB QP, ticket printed then it dialled up because I could hear the modem negotiating). that serial number on the bottom of your ticket EXACTLY matches the entry in their database. Forger tries to alter the ticket so visually

Hoosier Lootery
that is also strange. and yes, it does sound like there's some major fraud going on. how many tickets are sold each day for each drawing, in indiana? it's not like the numbers being drawn are 'pick 4 numbers from a pool of 50', is it? if it's like everybody else's pick 4, then it's numbers from 0 to 9. and as many major urban centers as indiana has, a lot more people should be winning than what you're telling us they are.here in new mexico it's the pick 3 game that allows you to straight/box

"Taping" in advance & Conspiracy Theories
I agree completely. If they want to make it even harder to win powerball all they need to do is add a couple of extra balls to the mix. Translate the 'birthday problem' into powerball terms, use the average ticket sales figure in lieu of 'people in the room' and the number of possible draws as 'birthdays'. I'm guessing the average ticket sales put the odds of one of the draws matching the jackpot-winning draw somewhere in the neighborhood of 33% of the time. This would guarantee some roll-overs

Who and How do you Invest your Winnings
Owning domain names are a scam now? None of the big sales were EVER forfieted. Business.com, Beer.com, Men.com, great single word domain names with huge value. How can the court take these names? They can't because they are generic names and you cannot lay claim to a generic name with a Trademark. Domain names are an excellent choice for investment, they are just a vaild an option like all other that should be researched with care. Show me one scam out of those domain names I posted and those so

Wasted $300 on Steve Player Moneymap!
It would be a good idea to run a search on all the forums here on Steve Player. My previous post would have saved a heap of you your hard earned $300.00. If you take nothing away from this post get this, if a system really works and I mean really works, it will not be up for sale and if it is the person is a complete moron. Please spare me the guilt trip, but we need to share stuff. Ideas yes, but a true working system are you kidding me. You wouldn't tell a strange your bank account number and p

Prime ticket service
People whom are saying that their credit cards are being denied.Have you signed up for fraud alerts.Have you ever had identity theft. And did you report it. If so many lending institutions are monitoring every credit card purchase you make regardless of what cards you are using. You could in fact use your visa card. Then your bank card and then your master card. And on the third purchase find out that all your cards have stopped working. all your cards are in limbo so to speak. The lenders will

Honest Lotto System
I bought the Honest Lotto System in the beginning of April this year. I tried it on paper as of that date and also going back to 2001 with past drawings of the Dutch lottery (6/45). Occassionally, I had 3 and a single 4 correct over an extended period of time, but then I had to play 120 lines. It meant a substantial loss... So, it doesnt work in Holland, especially since it does not cover the bonus ball and the colour (which the Dutch lottery applies as well). I contacted Ken Silver and he rep

BIG LIE technique: Einstein state lottery
One of the best examples to what extent the illuminati big lie technique can be used today, is state lottery, as explained in color=#800080Lottery fraud - how the government takes the money of fools. In some european countries the big lie technique makes possible to still show the drawings on television.
